My floors are still stained even though it has been 48 hours. He left the rug soaking wet, claiming it needed 48 hours to dry. I’ve used Slightly Steamer before and my rug came out immaculate white, so I know what a proper cleaning should look like. I truly wanted to support a small business, but instead I wasted $350 on someone who acted like he knew what he was doing while clearly just rushing and taking my money.
On top of that, he told me he didn’t have extra protective booties, then took the ones off his own feet and tried to hand them to me. When I asked for some for my significant other, he said no, he couldn’t help. Completely unprofessional.
This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The service was rushed, sloppy, dishonest, and nowhere near worth the money. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated — this business should be held accountable for taking people’s money without delivering what they promise.
